High automation: The whole line takes advantage of PCC controlling system manufactured by B&R of Austria which provided a man-machine interaction center and two subordinate control panels and gives an automatic closed-loop control to the extrusion, haul-off, temperature and the diameter of pipe.
Advanced and perftctideteetion system: Laser diameter scanner providing, through the PCC system, the outer diameter of inner PE tube and that of finished tube with an auto, closed-loop control. The eddy fault detector detects the welding seam and the jet printer can mark any welding fault on the finished tube automatically and correctly, which assures product high quality.
