Air DryerAs we know, there are much more water vapor contained in the air. For instance, when atmosphere's temperature at 300C and relative humidity at 75%, if the air compressor (working pressure at 0.7Mpa) had running for 24 hours, there would be about 100L water out from the compressed air. So during the compressing course, the vapor (unable to see) will change into little drip (able to see) and stick on the inner surface of tank of the compressor and carry pipe. If this kinds of virgin air to be sent into blow molding machine without any drying processes to drive machine and use for making bottle directly, it will cause so many problems. At first, the vapor will appear on the inner pipe under the high pressure and eroded the steel pipe and pneumatic elements; second, as the PET resin have a strong character of hygroscopic, the otiose water will debase the finished bottle,s inside character and pollute the bottle to make us have to clean it again before putting into use.So, in order to avoid these problems, we should use air dryer to remove moisture contained inside of the compressed air before using.
