Zhejiang Kejia Mould Base Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005. It is located in Mould New Town ——Economic Development Zone, Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. With more than 300 employees, it's a joint-stock enterprises mainly selling mould steels and mould bases.
In pursuit of high quality products and meeting customer’s requirements more better, Kejia has invested several hundred million RMB to build modernized factory with more than 30000㎡ area. Now Kejia has big-size forging machines with 3500T which can forge various kinds of forge steels below 30T; heat treatment furnaces whose sizes are up to 3500mm*3000mm*1000mm; Also, Kejia has introduced over 50sets CNC machines and CNC milling machines from Italy, Japan and Taiwan, and over 80 sets auxiliary equipment including high-precision and big-size Gantry CNC machines, milling machines, Gantry grinding machines, radial drilling machines, sawing machines and so on to handle the maximum product size 4300mm*3200m*2000mm. Kejia adopts design and machining software (CAD/CAM), using Unigraphics NX as main software, proeWildfire、powermill、Cimatron、AutoCAD and so on as auxiliary software, forming management system integrating with manufacture, quality- control and after-sale service.
Kejia’s main products are : die-casting mould bases, automobile interior and exterior parts’ mould bases, air condition mould bases, TV mould bases, high-speed train SMC mould bases, etc. Kejia does not only manufacture standard mould bases, but also manufacture various types of non-standard mould bases according to the customers’ requirements in order to meet customers’ differential demands
