ACCUMULATOR MOULD REQUIREMENT

1.Because of low cost, big capacity and cheap price, the PB-ACID accumulator used widely, but if used in a wrong way, its life would be reduced too much . there are many factors which can affect the life of accumulator, but to charge the battery in a correct way can increase the life of accumulator. According to the research, the process of charging the battery has big influence on its life but the process of discharging the battery has little influence on its life, that is to say, the accumulator become bad is not because of normal usage but because of charging. Therefore , a good accumulator has played big role in the life for battery. 2.The accumulator contains 3 sets. The accumulator mould cavity is made of Sweden 2738 materials to assure its polishing and wear resistance 3.The point gate of mould runner , with 100kgs pressure 210 temperature and time of 55s.
