The perform was feed into perform heating system one by one by feeding system, inside the heating channel, perform got heated enough by the infrared heating lamp. Then, the perform was sent into stretch blow molding system.When preform reach the expected place inside the machine, the blow mold will start closeing, the stretch blow system start blowing molding process till reach the set time.When the mould start opening again, the transfer belt will send the finished bottles to take-out robot system, once the perform reached, robot starts working to take the bottle out of the machine.
