ACCURATE SETTING OF PARAMETERS Accuracy of the machine is greatly enhanced with the employment of microprocessor control technique. Timing could be accurately controlled to within 1/10 sec. Precise control and speed of low pressure clamping can be greatly increased. Mould clamping is divided into 3 stages. Speed of each stage can be independently set so as to achieve the fastest mould closing speed. The mould filling process is divided into 3 stages. The switch over to the next stage can be stroke/time dependent. Pressure and speed can be set individually to each of all stages.
